The portal provides institutional, educational and software-related information. It is not a medical service, does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and must not be used for emergency care or individual diagnosis or treatment decisions.
Rights and reuse
An open-source intention does not place every document or future product under the same licence. Follow the licence attached to each released work and respect third-party rights. No licence to patient data or restricted materials is granted by access to the site.
Responsible access
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, impersonate others or submit patient information through email or unannounced endpoints. Notify us privately of security concerns using the published reporting address.
Availability and changes
Unreleased services are not available for use. Descriptions of planned projects, funding and payment methods are not offers, guarantees or awards. Content may be corrected as the foundation's work develops; specific project and grant agreements will govern those activities.
