We aim to advance medical science through open software, research and education. Clinical support tools must communicate their intended use, evidence and limitations, and must not replace professional clinical judgement.
Transparent governance
This portal will publish verified governance information, board responsibilities, annual reports and summaries of how funds are used as those materials become available. We do not publish invented board members, awards or financial results.
Status and tax information
Tax-exempt status and the tax treatment of donations will be stated only after the relevant documents have been verified. No claim of US 501(c)(3) recognition or donation deductibility is made on this release of the website.
Cooperation
Hospitals, universities, research groups, nonprofits and independent developers are welcome to discuss research, education and open software collaboration. Please use the foundation contact address and do not include patient records.
